A distribution operation in Argentina ran manual sorting on existing conveyor lines. As volume grew, the customer needed automation that could be added to the current layout —not a greenfield building —with local installation and training handled end to end.

A linear sorter spliced into the line

We selected the linear cross-belt sorter for its straight-line architecture and low civil-work requirement. The sorter was designed to splice directly into the customer's existing conveyor network, with belt conveyors handling infeed and take-away around the sortation area.
